Terms of Use (TOU)

These Terms of Use ("TOU") supplement the General Terms and govern the specific obligations relating to your use of the EverestSIM Platform and Services.

1. Customer Responsibilities

Your ability to use the Services requires an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device, which is your sole responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and its configuration are compatible with the specific Network Partner's requirements for the purchased plan.

2. Account Management and Security

Your EverestSIM account is personal and non-transferable. You may not assign, sell, or share access or credentials. Any attempt to do so will constitute a material breach of these Terms, potentially resulting in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any eligibility for a refund.

3. Usage and Prohibited Conduct

3.1. Acceptable Use Policy

Your use of the Services must strictly comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (Section III).

3.2. No Resale

Unless explicitly agreed in writing by EverestSIM, you are prohibited from reselling, sharing, or otherwise redistributing the eSIM profiles or Services to any third party.

3.3. Compliance

You must not misuse the Services, interfere with the underlying networks, or violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

4. Service Modifications

EverestSIM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, product, or Service on the Platform at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

5. Risk Assumption

You acknowledge and agree that the use of the Platform and Services is at your sole risk. You assume all responsibility and risk for your use, and we shall not be liable for any damages or injuries arising from your use of the Services.
