• Lawful Use: You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Minimum Age: Use of the Platform and Services is restricted to individuals aged 18 or over.

You are expressly prohibited from engaging in, or facilitating, any of the following activities:

• Legal & Ethical Violations: Violating any applicable law or regulation, or infringing upon the rights of any third party (e.g., intellectual property, privacy).
• Harmful Conduct: Conducting fraud, harassment, abuse, defamation, stalking, threats, or any other unlawful or malicious acts.
• Network Interference: Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code; attempting to overload, degrade, or interfere with networks or partner services.
• Security Violations: Attempting to bypass, probe, or disrupt security, usage, or billing controls; accessing unauthorized accounts or data.
• Data Exploitation: Scraping, crawling, mining the Platform, including any use for AI training, without our express written consent.
• Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any Platform software or algorithms.
• Automated Access: Using automated systems (e.g., robots, spiders, offline readers) to access the Services, except for standard search engine indexing.
• Unsolicited Communications: Sending spam, bulk unsolicited communications, or publishing mass messages or data dumps.
• Unauthorized Resale: Reselling, sharing, or redistributing eSIM profiles or Services without explicit written permission from EverestSIM.

You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials. You must immediately change your password and notify hello@everestsim.com if you suspect a compromise.

EverestSIM reserves the right to investigate and enforce this AUP. Breaches may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
